Where to buy
Pay-later buttons show up on safe and unsafe sites alike. Before you pay over time anywhere, check for these:
At NexLife, compounded tirzepatide is $169 a month and semaglutide $139, at every dose, with Klarna or Afterpay at checkout. Questions first? Call or text (949) 818-8000, 24/7.
The numbers
Longer plans lower the monthly price. Here’s the total for each one, for both medications.
| Plan | Tirzepatide, per month | Tirzepatide, plan total | Semaglutide, per month | Semaglutide, plan total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Month to month | $169 | $169 a month | $139 | $139 a month |
| 3-month plan | $159 | $477 | $132 | $396 |
| 6-month plan | $149 | $894 | $125 | $750 |
| 12-month plan | $139 | $1,668 | $119 | $1,428 |
Plan totals are the monthly price times the months in the plan. Every price is the same at every dose. NexLife’s price doesn’t change when you pay over time; Klarna or Afterpay shows any fees or interest of its own before you confirm. Paying less for compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide somewhere else? NexLife matches your regular monthly price.†

Good to know
Know the schedule. A pay-in-4 plan splits a purchase into four payments: one at checkout, then one every two weeks, about six weeks in all. Longer financing can carry interest. You’ll see which one you’re offered before you confirm.
Line it up with payday. Payments come out automatically. Pick a card that will have the money on those dates.
Read the late-fee terms. Klarna and Afterpay each set their own late fees and rules. NexLife doesn’t see or change them.
Remember your plan renews. Plans continue until you cancel. You can cancel by email or phone; NexLife’s cancellation policy asks for 30 days’ notice.
Do the math
Paying over time spreads a charge out. A longer plan lowers the price itself: $139 a month on a 12-month tirzepatide plan, or $119 for semaglutide, still the same at every dose.
Stay safe
Search for tirzepatide with Afterpay and you’ll find sites selling vials labeled “for research use only,” with no prescription and a pay-later button. Those products aren’t made for people, and no one is watching your dose. If a site never asks about your health, it isn’t offering treatment.
Both are prepared by state-licensed 503A partner pharmacies and shipped free. Your provider helps you decide which one fits.

Each one runs its own approval and shows its terms before you confirm. NexLife doesn’t make that decision.
Any authorization charge is refunded in full if a provider decides treatment isn’t right for you, or if you don’t go ahead.
A longer plan lowers the price itself: $139 a month on a 12-month tirzepatide plan instead of $169, which saves $360 over a year. Paying over time spreads a charge out; it doesn’t lower it.
Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved, and the FDA hasn’t reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Both medicines may cause thyroid tumors, including cancer: don’t use either if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
Read the full safety informationIn studies with rodents, both medicines caused thyroid tumors; it isn’t known whether they cause them in people. Tell your provider if you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.
Serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems from dehydration, severe stomach problems, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes, and depression or thoughts of suicide. Tell your care team before any surgery or procedure that uses anesthesia or deep sedation. Don’t combine either medicine with other GLP-1 medicines.
Tirzepatide can make birth control pills less effective: use another method for 4 weeks after you start and after each dose increase. Semaglutide should be stopped at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy. Tell your provider if you’re pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding.
This is a summary, not the complete safety information. Read the full Prescribing Information for FDA-approved tirzepatide (Zepbound) and semaglutide (Wegovy), and talk with your provider. You can report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.
