The starter and transfer prices are for new customers only, and the starter is “only available for patients starting on the lowest dosage available.” Our totals use its 2-month prices, not twice its per-month figures, which are rounded.
The starter is half price, for 2 months. OrderlyMeds labels it “Save 50%”: $299 for 2 months of tirzepatide instead of $598, and $149 for semaglutide instead of $298. You pay for both months up front. The “as little as $74/mo” on its radio page is this semaglutide starter.
Then the regular price. Its pricing page says your next month is “priced at our standard monthly rates”: $299 for tirzepatide and $149 for semaglutide. Its product pages say the same: “$299/mo thereafter” and “$149/mo thereafter.”
No membership fee, one price at every dose. Its FAQ says the price covers your doctor’s visit, medication, syringes and shipping, with “no membership fees or hidden costs,” and that every dose costs the same.
Also on offer: brand-name Zepbound pens at $1,498 a month and Wegovy pens at $1,839.
One FAQ answer reads differently. Its general FAQ says the price is “the same regardless” of starter or month to month. Its pricing and product pages, read the same day, list $299 and $149 for the monthly plans, so we use those.

How does OrderlyMeds work, and how fast does it ship?
OrderlyMeds works online in four steps: a health screening, a provider chat within 24 to 48 hours, a shipment, and a check-in before each refill. Its FAQ says your medicine arrives about 8 to 10 business days after sign-up (read November 1, 2026). Orders can’t be expedited, so plan for up to two weeks.
A health screening, then payment
You pick a medicine and a plan, fill in an online health screening and pay. If a provider doesn’t prescribe, OrderlyMeds says it refunds you in full.
A provider chat in 24 to 48 hours
A provider messages you in its patient portal, its FAQ says. Where state law requires it, the visit is by video instead.
Delivery in about 8 to 10 business days
From sign-up, per its FAQ; its how-it-works page says 5 to 6 is typical. Orders ship in a temperature-controlled package and can’t be expedited.
Check-ins for each refill
A reminder comes 15 days ahead, by text and email. You say how you’re doing, a provider writes a new prescription, and you’re charged for that refill.

Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved, and the FDA hasn’t reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. In studies with rodents, both medicines caused thyroid tumors; it isn’t known whether they cause them in people. Tell your provider if you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath. Serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems from dehydration, severe stomach problems, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes, and a faster heart rate. Tirzepatide can make birth control pills less effective: switch to a non-oral method, or add a barrier method such as condoms, for 4 weeks after you start and for 4 weeks after each dose increase. Both medicines may harm an unborn baby. Semaglutide should be stopped at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy. Tell your provider right away if you’re pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding.
